Deck Spotlight


Lava Meltdown (4.1 AEC)

Cards: Lavahound, Baby Dragon, Inferno Dragon, Giant Skeleton, Night Witch, Mega Minion, Zap, Clone

Decksplanation: This deck is a powerhouse. It can pack a huge punch for your opponent. At 10 elixir drop the lavahound in the back corner. After a few seconds, drop the Night witch in the same corner. AFTER the lavahound crosses the bridge, but BEFORE the night witch does – drop the giant skeleton down in front of the night witch.

Once that’s done, be ready with either zap, baby dragon, or mega minion to help facilitate the offensive push. Don’t worry too much about taking significant damage, or even losing a tower. You can eat some damage to generate an elixir advantage which will allow you to develop a push your opponent can’t stop. Clone should be used sparingly, and AFTER you see your opponents cards. If played before you see there spells, it could be devastating. Poison, and nado wreck clone. So, when facing these you must hold the clone until after those are played. If you’re not sure – don’t use it. 

Cloning in double elixir is usually a safer choice and will really allow you to have the surprise factor with it. Using it on the first push will likely result is being unable to use it again effectively the rest of the game since your opponent will know your huge win condition.Play slow, eat damage, generate elixir advantages and wreck. BOOM!
