Spark It Up (4.0 AEC)
Cards: Goblin Giant, Sparky, Lightning, Giant Snowball, Barbarian Barrel, Mega Minion, Guards, and Hunter
Decksplanation: This deck is not the typical deck you’d expect t to see from us… but we promise – it packs a punch! The cool thing about this deck is that it is not based around a “zap bait” concept like most sparky decks are. Instead, this deck focuses more on the natural beatdown archetypes.
With this deck you will want to focus on it’s defensive capabilities and nature. If you play defensively and then go on the offensive counter push, the win rate is significantly higher. The reason is simple – the deck is pretty expensive, and the main push involves the Goblin Giant and the Sparky. If you play the Goblin Giant in the back, and try to develop a massive push (similar to like you would with a Golem deck), it will fail. The reason is because the Goblin Giant’s movement speed is fast. Because of this, you will have much less time (overall) to regain elixir actually develop a big push. Instead, you will be lacking elixir and will not really be able to get damage on the tower.
Play the deck slowly, and defensively – and the offensive counter push will be Massive! Be sure to be careful of the placement of your Sparky. Too close to your tower, and the opponent will get massive value (with a Rocket). Barbarian barrel and/or Hunter can be played near the Bridge to facilitate the offensive push. They can protect Sparky and the Goblin Giant from most of the threats they fact. If your opponent has higher cost troops that they place further back near their tower, then Lightning will be your friend! Use the big spell to get rid of the threat(s) and deal massive damage to the tower. Guards should be played defensively. But if you have an elixir advantage, you can drop them in front of the sparky when she is at the bridge to give it a buffer from the enemy troops. Mega minion should be placed near the bridge, to snipe your opponents ranged troops. Then use her to go on the offensive counter push. Take it for a spin, and see how it works. Boom!!
