20-Win Galore (3.6 AEC)
Cards: Lava Hound, Baby Dragon, Bats, Skeleton Army, Flying Machine, Snowball, Clone, and Lumberjack
Decksplanation: This deck is super good. There are actually two variants – if you don’t like the lumberjack – you can swap that out for the barbarians. Barbs allow more of a fireball bait style and are more defensive. LJ is more offensive counter push threat. Pick your poison!
This isn’t the kind of deck that you’ll be able to bring spam and win. Nor is it the kind of deck that you’ll just drop cards in the back, build a push and win. You don’t have a large spell in this deck – so troop placement and timing is critical, and will always be the reason for a win or a loss. The only two spells that you have in the deck are Clone and Snowball. Only 1 does damage to the tower, and the other – clone – if used wrong, can be considered the worst card in the game. With this deck, the goal is simple. Get the lava hound down in the back, and supplement her in the back with bats, Baby D, or flying machine. It just depends on what your opponent plays. If they play something like minions or bats, Baby D is probably our answer. Goblin gang or spear goblins? Maybe the snowball/bats combo is the best.
If you can bait out a spell to kill bats, or flying machine – then you can counter with almost any card. But specifically, you can now likely and safely use your clone spell. You’ll want to ensure you use the clone lava hounds while she is alive. If you do this, you’ll get much more value out of it. Using the clone to early is bad. Once your opponent knows you have it – it becomes significantly worse, because they can save their counters for it. The clone is best used after 1) you’ve understood all of your opponents cards, and what counters the clone 2) if you are up in elixir, the LJ or clone is perfect to play aggressively to capitalize, or 3) if your opponent uses a clone counter too early without knowing your deck (i.e., zap, snowball, arrows, FB, or poison). Don’t get frustrated with this deck. Some games, you’ll wreck people. Others, you’ll feel like you can’t touch their tower. As we said before, that’s usually because of timing and placement. Once you take a few L’s with this deck, hopefully the timing and placement will begin to set-in and you’ll be well on your way to 20 wins! Good luck in the battle! Boom!
